Western Breeze Sunset Cottage rests on Kelleys Island's far west side (Near the West Bay Inn).
The Lakefront 4 bedroom, 2 bath house has two bedrooms and one full bath on each side of the house separated by kitchen, living and dining area (Sleeps a maximum of 10). Lake Erie beach and swimming access is just a few feet down the street (Private Beach).
Rates: IN-SEASON $2350 (week), $1200 (2 night weekend), $1500 (SUN-THUR 5-nights). OFF-SEASON: $1450 (week), $1000 (2 night weekend), $1200 (SUN-THUR 5-nights)
We require a $500 security deposit to hold your dates. The deposit is fully refundable, but it does not act as partial payment.
NOTE: Linens are NOT included (sheets, pillow cases and towels)
