Sleeps 8-10 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms: two upstairs (one Queen
bedroom and three twin beds in the other, one of which is a bunk), downstairs
a full-sized bed.
Two living rooms, one on each floor. Each has a queen-sized sleeper sofa.
Kitchen has everything you will need.
The upstairs family room has a TV/VCR/DVD, satellite dish and a CD/cassette/radio shelf stereo.
There are also a variety of books, games and toys to entertain on the rare KI rainy day.
The upstairs family room looks out onto a large deck that is on the lake side of the house where you can see
a “peek” of the lake through the trees.
The downstairs living room also has a TV/VCR.
Washer and dryer use included!
There is a gas grill and a fire pit for campfires, plus a picnic table for outside eating.
The house has central heat and air conditioning and has ceiling fans in every room.
We’re located approx. 1 mile east of the Kelleys Island Ferry dock – about 1 1/4 miles from downtown and 2 miles from the State Beach.
*** We require a $400 deposit to hold all dates. The deposit is fully refundable (if no damage), but does not act as down payment.
